It was a great initiative to take because science, technology, engineering and maths are subjects of the future. We a living in a pivotal time where most things are fast developing. For instance the COVID-19 Pandemic sparked the race to find a vaccine. The formulation, testing and approval of the vaccine was done in under a year within in the UK and many other countries too.
